School Closure Procedures

School is now closed to most pupils and will remain closed until further notice.  However, children of key workers, vulnerable children and those with an EHC plan, whose needs cannot be met at home, will be able to continue coming to school each day.  The list of who the key workers is available via the link on the website. However, if you are able to work from home and keep your children safe at home then it is strongly advisable that you do so.

The school kitchen is closed and all children attending school will need to bring in their own packed lunch. Those children who are entitled to free school meals (not universal) will be sent a weekly voucher electronically.

Hazles Care Club is now closed and as workers are furloughed they are unable to work the few sessions that may have still been needed. If key workers are struggling with drop off/pick up times at 8.50am and 3.30pm then they should ring/email school by 3.30pm the day before the need and staff will try to accommodate requests for extra childcare.

Thank you for your support in minimising the risk to your children, other children in our school community and our staff by exercising caution with these arrangements.
