Well-Being Week Year 3
We have had a great week doing lots of fantastic activities for our well-being.
We met a local poet who was great fun and showed us how to write a funny poem.
Positivity and self esteem were a big discussion point. Giving each other compliments and thinking about how fantastic we really are helps you feel good and build self esteem.
We learned how to overcome negative thoughts and try to be more positive in life.
There was lots of dancing and exercise taking place too. Thinking about healthy relationships and lifestyles gave us food for thought. We found out that a packet of Haribos contained a massive 25 teaspoons of sugar!
Everyone in year 3 learned a lot about themselves and finished the week feeling more positive and happy within themselves.
