Welcome everybody to the news section on our website during lockdown.  We will try to update you as best we can with some useful and not very useful information between now and the end of term to share any changes for those of you still at home.

School has remained open to children of key workers and Mr Bowden, our caretaker, has been busy making sure that the building is being looked after.

This is our new climbing wall and part of our daily mile path that we bought with our Aldi competitiion winning money:

Guess how many balls Mr Bowden found on the school roof?....

Well over 100 balls were sat on the school roof, especially over Year 5 and Year 6 classrooms.

The playtime boxes are full of balls. I wonder how long we can keep them off the roof?

Look what else he found down a drain on the playground...

Marbles that have rolled down when the staff car park was still a playground. Do you know what the large marble is called?

Also that dirty coin is actually a 1/2 pence coin created in 1978.

Why not have a look online at what they looked like and also what year is the latest year that this coin could have been dropped down the drain?

Thank you from the NHS - The staff at Salford Royal wanted to recognise school's staff in keeping open during lockdown - What a lovely surprise!

We welcome Mrs Nuttall and Miss Bunn, teaching assistants to our staff team who are in fulll time supporting children througout school.
