Year 4 have used their literacy and history sessions to reveal the double life led by the Celts, or Britons as they were known then. Although mostly quiet farmers, they were a mean and scary bunch when they wanted to be!
Boudicca, the warrior queen, taught the Romans a lesson or two about how to fight and defend their own country.

The Rainbow Snake Project We have been learning about the Aboriginal Myth of the Rainbow Snake and creating our own Rainbow Snake Stories. We also enjoyed creating Aboriginal Art work.
Bringing the Past to Life We had a great time on our trip to the Tudor History Museum in Bolton. We dressed up in Tudor clothes and lived the life of a Tudor person.
